How to Perform the Sleep Experiment

The Sleep Experiment is designed to assess, track, and improve sleep quality by identifying obstacles to rest and implementing structured interventions. Follow these steps to ensure your success.

✅  Complete the pre-assessment and safety screenings.

✅  Discuss any positive screen or any other concern with your physician.

✅  Begin Sleep Tracking

✅  Analyze your Epworth Sleepiness scale.

✅  Choose an assessment of emotional strength and analyze it.

✅  Keep a sleep journal for 2 weeks. Include sleep tracking scores and other measures.

✅  Write your hypothesis statement for the experiment.

✅  Implement the CALTATA intervention.

✅  Continue using those interventions and continue the sleep journal for 2 months.

✅  Re-assess sleep scores, Epworth scores and emotional strength scores.

✅  Repeat any secondary outcomes that you included in your hypothesis statement.
