The Sugar Experiment: Statement of Achievement

To close out the Sugar Experiment, you will need to return to your hypothesis statement to see if you have achieved your goals.  Don’t forget that the HbA1c is a rolling average of the last 2-3 months of your blood glucose.  If you have only been doing the experiment for 2 weeks, it will not change.

You will now rewrite your hypothesis statement as a statement of achievement.  Here is an example:

After 3 months on an elimination diet, I have reduced my HbA1c from 5.7 to 5.5 and reduced my body fat percentage from 26 to 21%.  I have achieved the goals in my hypothesis and will plan to remain on this diet throughout the rest of the lifestyle experiment.
